The free tool
The tool's source code is open under the MIT licence, which governs your use of the code. Bulk delete, dry run, Find duplicates and empty trash are free.
Pro
- Pro costs US$9.99, paid once. There is no subscription and no account.
- After payment we email you a Pro token. Paste it into the extension's Pro license box to unlock Pro on your devices. The token does not expire and is checked on your device.
- Pro adds type and date filters, saved presets, duplicate review tools and dry-run export. The date filter reads dates shown in English or French.
- If you are not happy, email hi@sylphx.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full, no questions asked. This includes your legal right as a UK or EU consumer to cancel within 14 days.
Using the tool safely
The tool moves the photos you choose to Google Photos Trash, where Google keeps them for 60 days. "Empty trash afterwards" is optional and permanent. Run a dry run first and keep backups of photos you value. Google can change Google Photos at any time. When a change breaks the tool, it stops rather than guessing, and we work to fix it quickly.
Not affiliated with Google
Google Photos is a trademark of Google LLC. The tool is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Liability
The tool is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other consumer law that applies to you.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of your local mandatory law and may bring a claim in your local courts.
